Testing the Limits Solution

Substituting 2 into the expression gives an indeterminant form of zero over zero. Thus, x - 2 must be a factor of both the numerator and the denominator. If we divide both numerator and denominator by x - 2, we get the fraction (x² + 2x - 3)/(x² + 2x - 35). Substituting x = 2, gives the result of -5/27.
