Game Instructions

When you click "Play", you will see a clue word at the top of the playing field. This clue word will help you figure out the four words which are scrambled below. The scrambled words will be related in some way to the clue word. They might be synonyms, antonyms, or words which are used in conjunction with the clue word.

The letters which make up the four words are in scrambled order at the bottom of the playing field. Simply click and drag a letter to move it into place. When you think you have solved the puzzle, click the "Check Solution" button to find out if you have found the solution.

Some of these puzzles seem quite intimidating at first - especially the ones with several long words. You might think This is impossible!, but don't give up too quickly. Often, as you think about the clue word, and look at the scrambled letters, the right word will just jump out at you. It's quite remarkable how the brain works sometimes. And, of course, once you have a couple words in place, the remaining words are much easier.

If you are unable to solve the puzzle, try putting a few letters in place and then clicking "Check Solution" to find out which letters are incorrectly placed. Letters in the wrong position will turn pink, and a notice will appear telling you how many errors you have.
