When you choose the "Student Reports" module in the control panel, you will be prompted to design your report. 

Choose how you want to filter your report - you can select specific students, specific groups, and/or specific assignments.  Please note that you must make at least one filter selection in order to view a report.  Once you have selected the type of filters to use, items (students/groups/assignments) will be displayed, so you can check the ones you want to include in your report. Unchecked items will not appear in your report.

Your report will either be grouped by student or by assignment. A report grouped by student will show a student, and then all the activities assigned to that student. Grouping by assignment wil display assignments, with a sub listing of all students who were assigned that activity.

Drilling Down
The report which appears based on your selection may have a great deal of embedded information.  For each activity, you will see a display indicating how many times the student has attempted and succeeded in the assignment.  Clicking on this row will drill more deeply into the data, showing you details of each attempt, so you can see which Success Parameters the student did not meet.

For some activities, such as Quizzes, you can drill even deeper into the data by clicking an individual attempt.  This will show a question-by-question analysis of how the student performed in the quiz.
