"This writing prompt brought back memories of our holiday in Ireland. Is was raining (of course, it's Ireland) and we were standing on a little beach and watched the waves coming in. We stood there for a long time, just watching. It was so beautiful."
At the Beach
The end of landthe edge of sea
and huge waves
rolling up to me
My hair in tangles
my toes clawing sand
with eyes alight
for hours I stand
