"Sometimes it's really hard to find a place that feels like home."

Small Town vs. Big City

I lived in a small town once. The people there tried to stick me in a can with a new label. The new label said, 'ONE OF US'. The can didn't agree with me much and I didn't agree with the can. Perhaps they thought I was soup. Anyway, I tipped myself into a bus and left. But the bus was just a bigger can that made me feel like fish. When it stopped I got off and walked. I walked a long way - miles and miles of dead roads and someone elses trees. My feet made my shoes feel too small, so I walked on skin. When I got to the city the people there tried to put me in a can with a new label. The label said, 'NOT ONE OF US'. The can didn't agree with me and I didn't agree with the can. Perhaps they thought I needed soup. Anyway, I found a can in the street yesterday and put my own label on it. It says, 'HEADING FOR THE COUNTRY'. Now I just need to steal me some shoes.
