All good things end (memories only remain)

Every one of those facts is true. All good things come from God, because everything comes from God. I'm not going into that. All good things come for those who wait, because all good things will happen. I think the most accurate one for my last year would be all good things come to an end. Because I'm still dealing with memories.

Haunting memories. Fragments of a sun blasting it's rays over me as I sit in a leather seat listening to music. Wishes and confusion that were so innocent and naive I couldn't even see past them. Just him. Him caring for that Irish vegetarian girl who hung out with him. Sitting up in an old tree. Talking to him by the creek we redeemed had healing powers.

These things happened to be so long ago, I know. But the thing is, nothing is forever. He changed and left me in the dark. It came to an end. Everything good does come to an end. You can't always be happy, because if you were always happy, would you ever be happy? It's just a degree of who you are. I was a degree happier when I was with him, but that came to an end. And I don't even know who he is anymore, despite the fact I see him everyday.
