The Girl I shouldn't Have Met

I came to a place so beautiful and serene.
Splendid sights which I had never before seen.
I had lots of fun, it felt so great.
Time seemed to fly, date after date.
I wondered how much better could it get
Until I met a girl, I shouldn't have met

She seemed just another girl I didn't even care.
I didn't trouble myself to give her a long enough stare.
I don't remember when and how did it start.
How did I loose my mind and I lost my heart.
One thing led to another, it was all set,
I met a beauty queen I shouldn't have met.

She is so childish, she is so brave.
Has some silly habits, like for dog food she craves.
Her expressions are so elegant and so is her grace.
I could spend my whole day just looking at her face.
She loves to spread smiles, she also loves her pet.
I met a cute little girl, I shouldn't have met.

She seemed so happy, but from inside she was not.
I could sense her sadness, some trouble she had got.
Once she was mad at someone, she was about to cry.
I felt so furious I could have killed the responsible guy.
I never did find what made her so upset.
I met a broken heart, I shouldn't have met.

Now that it's time to leave, But I want to stay.
I wish to spend some time with her just one more day.
But I can't and it's so difficult to say goodbye.
Maybe I'll see her in some another life.
I will convince myself this is just a dream I can't forget.
I met my Dream Girl, I shouldn't have met.
