Writing Resources from Fifteen Minutes of Fiction

"I hope you enjoy this new rhyme
I know that I had a great time
To get this one done
Was a whole lot of fun
And to post it - well, that was sublime!"
I know that I had a great time
To get this one done
Was a whole lot of fun
And to post it - well, that was sublime!"
"Poem, A Limerick," or "Limerick, A Poem"
There once was a Poem who triedTo transform into art bona fide,
But the stigma did stick;
Being born Limerick
Was a fate that could not be denied.
Muttered he, "Why's my birthright so wrong?
Why not Haiku, or Sonnet or Song?
If this type of cheap verse
Is my kismet, my curse,
Then at least I will be twice as long."
