Christmas In A Big Family
Terry never could understand why Alex hated Christmas so much. Terry thought Christmas was the best day of the year. Alex disagreed."Why?" Terry asked.
"Every year I get presents from my seven brothers and sisters, my mother and father, my fifteen uncles and twenty-seven aunts, my four grandparents, my two great grandparents, my sixty-two cousins on my mother's side of the family and my forty-eight cousins on my father's side."
"So?" Terry said. "I'd LOVE it if I got that many presents!"
Alex shrugged. "Sure. The presents are GREAT. But I'm still writing thank you notes from Christmas of 1982."
