This page contains the text of the Pro Member and Virtual Classroom help files. If you are a Pro Member, you can access this help from within the Pro Control Panel by clicking the question-mark icon on any page.
Students
Student List
The student list page gives you access to all of your students. From this page you can access your student information, as well as add or remove students from your virtual classroom.
Student Name
The name which appears in the left-hand column of the student list is either the student's name (if you created their account for them) or their screen name if they created their own account. If the student's screen name is displayed, you can add their actual name by clicking the checkbox next to the student's name in the list, and then clicking the "Edit" command.
Notifications
Under the notifcations column, you will see red, yellow, and/or green email icons. The meanings of these icons are:
- Red: This student does not have a Student Credit applied to their account, and therefore they will not receive email notifications regarding assignments on the site.
- Yellow: The student does have a Student Credit applied, but they do not yet have a confirmed email address associated with their member account. Encourage your students to modify their profile and add an email address so they can receive notifications about their assignments.
- Green: The student will receive email notifications about their assignments because they have a Student Credit applied, and they have a confirmed email address associated with their account.

Getting Started
If your students already have member accounts at The Problem Site, Click here to get started adding them to your Virtual Classroom.
If your students do not yet have member accounts, you can create accounts for them. Click here to create member accounts for your students.
