Summer, the Season of our Discontent
To me fall is good and springtime is betterFor these are the seasons of just wonderful weather
And even winter is mild in the place where I live
If we could skip the summer, what wouldn't I give
Day after day the sun burns high in the sky
It reddens the skin and sweat runs in your eye
OK three of our seasons are mild and are good
Yet I sure would skip summer if only I could
